So, I just got the first dress I've ever paid for completely with my art commissions.
I really wanted it, and as soon as I'd earned enough, BAM, in the shopping cart. :)
(I'll probably never wear it without a cardigan, though. I absolutely hate my arms/shoulders.)
Sweater: Forever 21
Dress: Lulu's
I actually have two more coming (Modcloth!) which were also bought with art-money, but this one's going to be pretty special to me.
Gorgeous dress!
ReplyDeleteCute haircut too!
Congrats!! I'm glad your able to make money from your artwork, because you are so talented!!
ReplyDeleteThe dress is adorable, happy remixing!
Chic on the Cheap
Congratulations!! The dress is adorable. You have nothing to hide and have a beautiful neckline and shoulders. I can't wait to see what else you got. Modcloth always has such fun stuff.

Congratulations. That's an amazing accomplishment. Plus the dress is a killer purchase!

Congrats on the first completely paid-for-by-art dress! It's so wonderfully sweet, but the colors keep it from being too saccharine. I think you have great arms and shoulders -- they look well-defined! I can relate, though. I always wear cardigans or jackets because I detest my arms too!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! I didn't buy anything special with my first art sale (now I wish I had!), but I do have my first dollar framed! :D
ReplyDeleteThe dress is adorable- both with the cardigan and without! :)
